Why there is no contact form
A contact form needs a server to receive the message and store it until someone reads it. This site deliberately has no server — that is the same design decision that keeps your video and audio files from ever being uploaded. Adding a form would mean adding a backend, and the whole point of these tools is that there isn't one. So the site takes the honest route and gives you an address instead.
What to write about
- A tool that did not work. Please include the device and browser you used, the file type, roughly how long the clip was, and which model you had selected. The message shown on screen at the moment it failed is the most useful thing you can send.
- Something on the site that is wrong. If a page makes a claim you can show is inaccurate, that is worth knowing — accuracy matters more here than polish.
- Privacy questions. If anything in the privacy policy is unclear, ask, and the policy will be improved.
- Anything else about the site — corrections, suggestions, or a problem with the wording on a page.
What this address is not for
It is not a place to send video or audio files: nothing at this site can receive them, and the transcription only ever runs on your own device. It is also not a way to get a transcript for a specific clip — the tools on the home page and the Instagram page do that directly, without involving anyone else.

ReelToText is maintained by an independent developer. There is no support team and no ticketing system behind this address.
